Surround sound doesn't work

Sometimes dual speakers doesn't work, the earpiece stop working and only the bottom firing speaker plays the audio. Thought restarting the device helps, bt its probably a ui bug, that should be fixed

Hi, which firmware are you on and do you know if this happens with any specific app, or maybe during some scenario where you first use one app and then another. Please try and replicate the issue next time it happens so we can find out what is wrong
