No Sound Coming at the Upper Earpiece Of My Speaker Of ZenFone 6

Recently Was Using fine the phone, no issues at all .When I install the Vanced YouTube and activate the VP9 codec in the settings, couple of days later realised that theres no sound coming from the top of my earpiece. Try going settings and call volume too make sure if it's working again but still no sound at the top. When making phone calls , only the bottom speaker is heard and all when I used the speaker button , the earpiece at the top can't be heard . I believed a software issues will be able to fix it since previously it was perfectly fine. Hope it will be rectified soon since it's a very good phone I have used for a while. Also, restarting and factory reset did not fix the issues at all.

Aw yeah I didn't install any codec or SW to have this issue, but auto updates are activated. I guess I'll have to send it for tech repair as I have 1 more year of warranty..

I'm having the same problem.. what happened? It was working ok until 30 or 31st of July 🤔... No audio incoming from the main speaker: I can't make any normal call; I have to use the lower speaker or headphones...

Are you using Vanced YouTube as well?

When using Vanced YouTube only, I believed it's related to the codec. @Kris_ASUS . Hopefully it gets rectified via software as soon as possible since some of us too in the community has the same issues too and like we need to make important calls too.
