Move files with a USB cable to win 10

when I connect my phone to  win10 with USB cable I can't see my phone in my PC

USB debugging is on

File transfer mode was selected

Check if your Windows account has permission to install drivers (MTP in this case). If not, use admin priviliged account or download some app in Play Store to transfer files via WiFi.

but not working

Windows 10 should be able to install the driver automatically. The installation process will cost a few minutes. I would suggest you to plug your ZenFone 6 to the computer and wait for a while.
