So, that means none of them reach 100% rated charge capacity out-of-box? Accubattery gave me proper results only after atleast a month using averaged value. I was using it with my S6 for almost a year and calculated capacity changed only by -34mAh (considering small battery and at least twice charging per day i find it unreliable). I don't need engineer degree to find it not precise because it's not rocket science. I am using AccuBattery for 3 years on all of my devices and in a long term it gives you a great results. Of course capacity / health is higher on a new device and lower on an old device. I even measured capacity of battery from one of my devices which was dead with a proper tools (like in a photo below) and I got almost the same capacity as from AccuBattery.
