Google assistant turns on without touching button

I have a ZenFone 6 limited edition and my Google assistant turns on about 3-10 Times per days without touching the phone
Even when there isnt noise around
What should i do ?

Yes even I'm facing this issue frequently when i listen music. It's damn annoying.

When i play a music it gives a prompt unnecessarily.
Should I format reset my device?

Have you tried re-recording your 'Hey Google' trigger words?

Anyhow I just reset my device and now I'm free from it
