Full screen with some app not good

Twitter and sometimes few other app are not in full page and i cannot find how to fix it

Post your Chrome screenshot here so we understand what exactly you need.
See attached screenshots of my Chrome app, both are 1080x2340 so they use fullscreen.
The first one is normal fullscreen and the second one is immersive fullscreen.
