_jis_You see when you use the youtube app and you view a video in full screen. The video plays without the home tab at the bottom like you see on the screen shot you posted for chrome. Post your Chrome screenshot here so we understand what exactly you need.
See attached screenshots of my Chrome app, both are 1080x2340 so they use fullscreen.
The first one is normal fullscreen and the second one is immersive fullscreen.
