Do not disturb

Hi,
I have discovered a problem with the do not disturb option. When activated by programming, if I restart the phone is deactivated even if it is within the hours it should be active.
Can the developers fix it so that it always respects the schedule of do not disturb?
I use the latest firmware version available .165

When activated by programming
I hope that I understand you correctly, that you mean using schedule in Settings / Sound & vibration / Do not disturb / Schedules.
My schedule 22:01~07:30 for Work days is active now, so I restart my phone and after reboot Do not disturb mode is active as expected.
So I cannot confirm this behavior in 165 nor in any previous fw as I remember.
