DARK MODE BUG

You can check out the scren recording below, I don't know when it started,
Soo the issue is when turn dark mode on, everything turns dark (dark grey basically) expect the system notification or message like one shown in screen recording and
when we switch from silent to ring and similar notification, they remain white
And then if i go to developers option and turn on over-ride dark mode, then they turn dark, you ll clearly get to know what i am talking about after watching the screen recording
I hope it gets fixed rather than taking out like other features

Could be that it's intended that the system notification should be white even in dark mode. Force dark in developer mode doesn't care if something is white or dark, it makes everything dark that it can change. But I'll check if we want it to be white or if it's a mistake.

I think that shouldn't be the case, if the Device has a dark mode, all things including system should turn dark, please forward to dev team, and let me know whats the update!
