There's a number you can dial in to make the settings appear. I had to do it that way. That said I don't remember the number and I'm sure someone else will for me.

You can dail this *#*#3642623344#*#* from a phone dailer and and nwo to call setting to activate it. You will get WiFi Calling option but it's useless.

It is? You mean the option does nothing? My carrier has WiFi calling support and Android 10 natively has it as well doesn't it?
