[Bug Report] Settings Statusbar UI bug

It appears that the status bar's background is set to transparent instead of a solid color. Causes the following issue where scrolling causes clipping and overlapping.

Happens in both light and dark modes.

I have the same issue on both the default size and the small size, just tested on the latest update

I guess, this bug is there since the Android 10 beta was released and it is still not fixed. Lot of minor cosmetic bugs are yet to be fixed, esp with smaller display size and custom font.
