hey asus,

i have very critical data on my asus 6z phone and have brain stormed to find the password i changed but failed. my fingerprint is there but unfortunately i restarted the phone 6 months ago and since then its stuck on asking password. I cannot dare to reset it. why did you guys make it impossible ? previously i know google password was easy way to reset password. now it doesn't work. Kindly help.

Take some supplement that can improve your brain memory and maybe after another 6 months your memory will be improve and you will get on mind everything forgotten to this day .... Another thing that you can do is to send it to repair center i am sure they know how to unlock it whitout delete all daya inside
