Brightness slider always hidden

After updating the brightness slider is always hidden. Even if the option is set to display. Have to pull down the notification slider twice to display.

So, even if you press the little arrow and enable in the options there ? It still remains hidden? Also after a restart?

Did you press "Done" after enabling the toggle (that is a must to save the settings).

Even if the option is set to display.
Just set this option On, Off, On and you will be fine.

I had to set it off then on again to make it work after the update. Maybe you haven't tried that.
