My zenfone 5z phone's wide angle camera is not working
It stays on a black screen. It hangs.
Many users are having this problem. Please find a solution to this.

Asus Turkey sucks. They say they don't sell spare parts. I don't want to send my phone to a terrible service. The issue is not the size of the warranty. Asus Turkey authorized service is terrible. Please understand this too.

Reboot your phone/pad and launch the camera again.
Clear the camera data and cache : Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> SEE ALL xxx APPS -> Camera -> Storage & Cache -> execute CLEAR STORAGE and CLEAR CACHE.
