Speaker doesn't work

Hi, my Zenfone 5z is not working with speaker. Do you know if it's a software problem? Do you happen that?

Facing same issue  Getting very less sound out of the maine speaker

(settings> system > about phone> software information > build number) How's the phone speaker not work? Is there no sound on the speaker? Please kindly check this matter under safe mode.
