Hello lazartehazel143, Good day, Is your firmware currently on the latest WW- V16.0615.1905.100? (settings> system > about phone > software information) If yes. Please help me restore the camera app to the default settings and update to the latest version 4.2.11.1. (settings > apps & notifications > see all apps> app info> camera > storage & memory >clear storage and cache. ) If this problem is still there, please kindly tell me more how does it not work. Is there any error message pop up when you encounter this problem? Thank you. 🙂
