I got the December patch just few days ago. Just try again in WiFi.

If update doesn't come clear data of play store & google play services and restart phone.

Can't say much bro. Mine was stuck on October 2019 and got december 2020 few days ago. Maybe it will update itself in few days

Got the solution, download apk from given link, and install
