Hi, With screen Rotation activated, in the initial screen the apps icon's doesn't respond when touched. When it happens, the only way to solve the bug is to restart the phone... Please check. Kind regards

Hello walls1979, Good day, I would suggest you can update the firmware to the latest WW-16.0615.1905.102 for a check. (settings> system >system update ) If this problem still appears, please restore the ZenUI Launcher to the default settings for a check. (settings> apps & notifications> see all apps > ZenUI Launcher > storage & memory >clear storage & cache) Also, please check this matter under safe mode. In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
