Audio jack takes a while to recognize there is a cable in or doesn't at all

Recently my aux port/phone doesn't start playing the sound through whatever I've connected it to for at least 3 of 4 seconds of me having put the cable in. Sometimes it doesn't do it at all, though that is rare. The one thing I could pinpoint when it started was when I started to connect it to my car speakers but I honestly don't see a reason as to why that would be. If anyone has any tips or has been in the same situation, give me a shout in here Thanks!

Hello vilhelm.grimberg, Good day. Is your firmware currently on the latest WW-90.11.162.72? (settings> system > about phone > software information > build mumber) If yes. I would suggest you use another cable for a check. Also please check there's no debris stuck in the Audio jack/ Aux port. Thank you.
