1. It shut down during using any app/function or just simply shut down during rest mode. If so, how long did the rest mode remain and what kind of activate apps were opened before the phone suddenly shut down.
2. Any memory card installed?
3. Was there any zone heating up during the shut-down or the boot-up.

Do you mean after your phone shutdown, it could not be reboot manually?
Could you try "hardware reset"? Please note that all data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset.

Christine_ASUSAt least until now, its only have been in standby/rest mode, the shutdown had happened with all my apps installed, after, i did it reset factory and no install anything, same problem, and again i did it reset factory reinstalling manually the last update, with same result. The apps aren't the problem. This proccess i did it with my microsd card off of the phone.Hi Rakantoh,
