Phone not charging when power off mode 

Model Asus Zenfone 5z 

Not rooted 

Last updated version 

All the time this problem 

Safe mode tried ,rebooted several times, developer options closed, everything tried still not fast charging and vibrating in power off mode while charging is on with ac adaptor

Unfortunately, we cannot assess the issues related to parts replaced by a non-authorized Asus service center. 
If you believe that the replacement parts are not causing any problems, you may consider trying a system restore to further troubleshoot the issue.

I just want to know why my phone not charging when switched off and making buzz sound of vibration :vibration_mode: while plugged in charging in switched off mode ? Can any Asus engineer answer this question coz solution lies in this problem,thanks

Poor battery contact, vibrator issues, and charging IC problems can all potentially lead to the occurrence of the issue.

Ok may be,I will try to sort out this issue at authorised service centre but Asus Zenfone sales and after sales service is very poor in my region and on this forum itself people have negative review of after sales service of Zenfone series ,hope Asus listens and improves on after sales service
