My battery drains too fast

After using for 5 minutes,my battery went down from 100% to 90%. Is there any problem with the UI? Is it just my bad charging habbit. I have used this zenfone 5 for just a year , it is too early to have this battery problem.

Hi kittituch.melon, We would suggest that you test for a longer period such as one hour. Are there any specific apps that consume more battery? We would suggest you clear the background apps, and check how much battery is consumed from 100% after using the app for a certain time (e.g. 1 hour.) Please show me a screenshot of the battery usage after testing. Settings > Battery > tap on the battery icon to access "Battery usage". Thank you 🙂

Yes, it is Zenfone 5z. I think I've made a mistake. Model for my phone should me ZS621KL
