I can't receive lastest system update?

Frequency of Occurrence: None
Rooted: No
APP Name: System

In my mobile some bugs are irritating. Asus company sends an update, with this update i hope the bugs are rectified. But I can't receive any update till today. Update was rollout in 30/3/2020. Since one week of time, I waiting for the update. ASAP need to provide the update for all.
