Hello, I have a problem conecction with my smartwach, i can connect my smartwach to the zenfone, but all the applications, that i installed to use the smartwach with the phone can not connet to the smartwach, the application said that the bluetooth is not connected, the zenfone is already updated There is any setting that i have to check??? Hi jalburque, Could you tell us the brand and model of your smartwatch? Please tell us which app, version has the mentioned problem. Please show us an error message screenshot if possible. Did this problem appear in previous firmware versions? Thank you 🙂

I already solve the problem, the solution is that the phone must no connet to the smart wach, it has to connect to the apliccation before to connect to the phone, now everything is working as supose to be
