Blur in main camera sensor i can take very close shots not normal shots

Does anybody knows how tovfix this the wide angle is working fine but this is still blur i can take close up shot's though.

The main camera so blurry if i take long range shot and its fine close shot, and wide angel working fine too, this happened after i update the last firmware, march patch

That is the issue of my camera..what the fuck..why can't focus anything..
