Audio wizard stuck in Wide mode and unable to Set a listening Profile

Facing this issues Since few days whenever i try to change to traditional or front it just goes back in Wide modeEven the Listening profile dosent just set,If there's a way to fix this Glitch please Tell me.

Blur in main camera sensor i can take very close shots not normal shots

Does anybody knows how tovfix this the wide angle is working fine but this is still blur i can take close up shot's though.
