Thank you for your asking. Do you mean that you want to change the "Hotspot & tethering" password or "WiFi router" password? I am asking the question because here is ZenTalk Phone community.
If you want to change "Hotspot & tethering" password of your phone, please check
Settings>Network & internet>Hopspot & tethering
If you want to change "WiFi router" password, please check the router's manual for password reset. You may provide me your ASUS router model for checking.
