5 LITE How to update Android 10 update

I am using ASUS 5 LITE LAST 3 YEARS AND IT HAS ANDROID 7.1 VERSION. I HAVE RECEIVED LAST UPDATE ON 2711.2018. AFTER THAT THERE ARE NO ANY UPDATES FROM YOU. WOULD YOU LIKE TO GUIDE ME HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PHONE ON ANDROID 10 OR 11. I have send my phone current report files are attached. Plz help me in this regard.

How to update Android 10 update

There are no plans to update zenfone 5 lite to android 10 or 11 for now.
Please stay tuned on official social channels for future news related to Android 10 or 11 for zenfone 5 lite.

You can first update to the last version of android n (WW-14.0400.1905.067).

Then update to the first version of android p (WW-16.0610.1905.79).

Then update to the final version (WW-16.0610.2002.94).

The firmware update support for this model has been discontinued.

Thank you for your asking. As kikoly mentioned above, please download the firmware file on the official website into the root directory, aka the outermost place, of the internal storage> reboot> tap the "system update" notifications.

Besides, for ZC600KL, there will no longer be any system updates and maintenance.

All phone companies roll up 2 major updates and one beta, except Asus one major update had rolled to 5q why, from 7 to 9 android version and that's all, at least where's 10 beta version??
