I would suggest you try performing a hardware reset on your phone.

Note: 
1. All data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset. (Note: Once reset was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization) 
2. Before performing a reset, please ensure the battery life higher than 15%, or charge the phone during reset process. 
3.  When a reset starts, it will take about 4-8 minutes before setup wizard appears.

No my problem is not solved I want to tell you guys that all of a sudden my phone got hacked your service is very bad.

I have suffered big problems with my phone this phone was hacked so easily I couldn't imagine I had a lot of data inside this phone I had a million channels that is done

I tried so hard to explain and tell you people, but you people don't understand what I'm trying to say. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
