After update to andrid 9 bluetooth not working

Today I update my phone to android 9. After the update i had the surprise, bluetooth connection with the car is not working. With android 7 (the version before the update) i had no problem since Today. But after the update the car is continously connecting and soon disconnecting.
Could someone help me?

Thank you for your reply. If you can't not perform the network settings reset or the factory reset from Settings>System>Reset options, please try the following steps to access recovery mode for the Factory Reset:
0. Try to back up your data with USB cable
1. Power off the phone, then keep pressing "volume down key"
2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration. Still keep pressing "volume down key".
3. Stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset">"Yes"
5. "Reboot system now"

Please note that once the steps are completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

Furthermore, please make sure to update all apps to the latest version to avoid the conflict between the firmware and the apps.
