1. Update your firmware version to the latest WW-16.0610.2002.94
2. Delete the connect information in your car
3. Please try reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
4. Reconnect the device again
5. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
