Vibration problem on Zenfone 4 ze554kl

Hi my zenfone has a vibration problem and I dont know it is hardware problem or a bug for my android version because i don't remember is that works or not. How can i know? Please help me for it.

Thanks for your replyI bought the phone just 5 days ago and at first i updated it to android oreo, now it's vibration doesn't work and seller says it's because of the update that i did.Now what can i do? Bacause it don't work it testing mode ( calculator =>.12345+= => vibration test) i think that it's not a bug for my firmware or android version. But can you help me to how to convince them?
