Led light indicator

It seems that my led light indicator is not working when it comes to giving notifications like texs, chats and missed calls.. What should I do?

Hi maamdonna030190, Could you tell me your firmware version? * Find the firmware version in Settings > System > About phone > Software information Please make sure you have updated to the latest firmware WW-15.0410.1812.95. Do you mean there is a notification on your phone but no LED light? Does the LED light lit on while charging? Please check if "blink light" is enabled. (Settings > Apps & notifications > Blink light) If the problem is still appearing, please tell me which apps, app versions, and what kind of notifications in the apps. If there is a short video to show us, it could help us understand more clearly. Thank you 🙂
