Zenfone 10 stopped getting security patches

Hello everybody,

I finally got around to addressing this problem 2 months later. But my recently bought Zenfone 10 last security update was on May 5th. I chatted with the customer service agent and he apparently was below away by this and escalated to his supervisor or higher ups and I got to wait 48 more hours. I know Google only cares about its own Pixel phones, but 2 months without security updates is bit extreme.

I was wondering if anybody was having the same problem?   Thank you in advance.

Yes, I'm also on the May security update, this has been the way ever since I got the phone last summer. Usually gets about 2 months or so behind then catches up more or less. But monthly updates never happen.

The next FW update is currently being worked on and should be out in the month of August.
