Zenfone 10 not chargeing when switched on

Hello

When on the phone will not charge via USB. It will connect for data transfer and charge if the usb is connected when switched off.

Can anyone help?

I've bouth a wireless charger and it will wireless charge when switched off but not when switched on so I gues sit mus be some sort of software issue.

I've had no help from asus support so far.....? If nayone has any idea s please let me know.
