Mobile data unavailable while roaming

The phone's connecting to the mobile network, but mobile data isn't available. First time roaming with the ZenFone 10. It was working fine with my previous phone. I tried resetting the mobile network connection and rebooting the phone, no luck.

You seem to be missing your data connection settings while roaming. Your carrier has to help you with that.

It  can't be on the carrier end. It's the same carrier and sim card as with my previous phone, and I haven't changed any settings.

Sure! It's giffgaff (UK) roaming in the EU, which should work according to giffgaff, and did work in the past
