microphone issue zenfone 10

Hello,

During calls, my interlocutor sometimes hear my voice very low or even don't hear me at all, like if the mic was muted.

It seems that the top micropone doesn't have the problem. Is it a known issue ?

It happens I was mistaken, and tried to open the sim tray by inserting the pin inside the microphone's hole.

Could it be the reason ?

I heard back from the R&D team, they analyzed the log and suspect it to be a HW issue. I'd suggest you contact your nearest ASUS repair center and get the device examined.

Thank you for your answer. I don't find any asus repair center near my location. If I call the support, they propose me to get my phone for warranty and reset it. do you have a list of asus center in France ?
