Can't connect my Polar H9 HR monitor to Zenfone 10 via BT.
It connects, asks for pairing (and allow access to contacts and call history, lol), then after few seconds gives message "Couldn't pair with because of an incorrect PIN or passkey".
I see it in Strava sensor list, but it simply doesn't connect.
I changed battery for H9, rebooted phone, but nothing changes. It keeps connecting in Strava with no results and I don't see it in my BT device list after initial failed pairing.
Worked fine on my previous cheap phone.
Seriously? How can I get basic BT functionality on this phone? BT is working, as I can connect CO2 sensor and headphones, but not this HR belt.
Please advice.

Thanks, but problem is solved with updating HR monitors firmware(who knew you could do that?). But to do that, you need someone who will install, log in and pair with their own device. Because my own 800 euro phone can't do that.
These issues appeared with release of Android 13 last year and some manufacturers released updates to solve it or at least had information about solution from 3rd party available, and some just worked without issues.

Pretty much same problem as here - https://zentalk.asus.com/t5/zenfone-8/bluetooth-issues-with-android-13-update/td-p/357546/page/2
Did all the suggested things in that post and it didn't help. Glad to see this issue already on ZenFone 8.

Hey @Ershin,
Can you please share a Bluetooth log?
Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).
1. Open “Calculator APP”
2. Enter “.19595+=”
3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “Bluetooth”
4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.
5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".
6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.
Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)
