Irritating notification sound

hi, my phone is almost always giving a kind of notification sound. It doesnt seems to be a system or app alert. Can't get rid of it. I understand it could be Android related but I'm trying to ask here. Best regards Bengt

My Bluetooth is the worst.It cuts the sound to my headsets all the time  Does anyone know something about a fix to this issue?

Warranty and service

I am trying to claim warranty for a faulty screen (spilt LCD, no abnormal use). The official local ASUS service provider refuses to repair my phone, as they claim they don't repair phones. Is there any way to claim warranty directly from ASUS?
