In the settings under Apps & notifications -> Do not disturb -> Display options for hidden notifications, I have it set to 'No visuals or sound from notifications'. This means that all notifications are hidden from the status bar and the notification drawer -just how I like it- but they still show up on the Always-on Panel, as you can see in the picture. This completely defeats the purpose of Do not disturb for me.
