Detailed description：I was using my Zenbook UX434 FLC laptop when it ran out of battery and I put it to sleep. After around an hour, I got the charger and plugged it but now the laptop won't turn on-- no lights, no charging, no anything. I'm at my wits end. My warranty just expired a week ago and this laptop is very lightly used. There was no indication of anything malfunctioning before this.

Do you remember when you plug in the charger, does the power LED lights up?
Please long press the power button for 40 seconds to see if the device boot up.
If it still doesn't work, I'm afraid that you would need to send the device to our service center to check on the motherboard.

Hi Blake,
The power LED light does not light up. I've already sent it to the service center in my country. I'm just baffled as if it's the motherboard that is malfunctioning I don't understand how that could happen because I hardly use this laptop? I've had laptops half the price last for years and never encountered a motherboard issue with them.
