Hi,
Referring to my video, my Numpad is not inputting any numbers, but the backspace, %, and = seem working.
Please help!

Is your NumPad driver updated to the latest?
Does the problem improve if you reboot the laptop?

Thanks for your help! I installed the driver you provided and reboot. But the issue still remains the same.
Could it be a hardware problem? I bought the laptop this February and never physically damaged it.

If the problem persists after updating the driver, it is recommended to back up data and restore the system.
