I keep getting more, and more issues with our new, and rather expensive premium class notebooks. This happened when the laptop was with its lid closed, in a bag of a colleague.
He noticed burnt smell from his bag, and his laptop was hot to touch. When he opened the lid, he found the burn mark on the hinge. Would Asus cover the repair, or do a warranty replacement?
