Zenbook S 16, keycaps break from regular use. Where to get spares?

Hello,

We have encountered our second S 16 suffering the broken arrow key. The plastic feels very brittle, when I was taking our the key, it broke the second time.

Asus warranty repairs are very lengthy, and we need laptops for work. Is it possible to just get spare keycaps/keyboard modules?

The keyboard is a modular component and individual keys cannot be replaced separately.
Given your situation, we recommend sending your laptop to a service center for inspection.
