I have 14" ZenBook Duo UX8204ZE i9 32GB, but the screen pad turns of when the screenxpert service is started.
If i disable this service the screen will stay on but i cannot load the screenxpert software
I have tried many different drivers, windows 10 & 11, windows system resets, reinstall from downloaded iso, cloud restore from BIOS, all result in the same situation.
It doesn't seem like a hardware issue but seems strange that i'd struggle to get a working combination of drivers. I followed the instructions on the asus help article about screen pad issues but again, this did not fix it.
Please help, if any one has any ideas or if you have this model in a good working state and can confirm the driver version you have installed, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
