Setting->System->About->Advanced Sytem Settings(Hyperlink under Device Specifications)->Hardware Tab->Device Installation Settings-> Do you want to automatically download manufacturers' apps and custom icons available for your device?
will toggling this to No(yourdevice might not work as expected), stop windows from installing myasus and screenxpert related software?
