Detailed description：

Every time I open my Zenbook Duo and run the Asus ScreenXpert 2.0 Optimizer, that picture attached above always comes out. All the guidelines I've tried from the Asus Support Page but still the same the ScreenPad Plus is not working. Also, I've tried many times resetting and reformating my Zenbook Duo, the same problem exists.
