Zenbook UX3402ZA

I am encountering a frustrating issue. I attempted to reinstall the system using the recovery disk,  it was keep getting stuck at %2 due to some other decryption issue within windows. I then formatted the disk and used external Windows 11 installation media to install Windows 11. Despite following all the outlined steps, including providing the driver files for the drive during install, the problem persists. I used the driver files available at the following link but windows installation kept telling me the driver file is not suitable to my hardware. In addition, I am able to install and use ubuntu without issues.

Was initially following this article; https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1044458?tduid=4add88b802bb5d13bdcd555207917960#A3

Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact ASUS support directly because their contact form keeps failing due to a JavaScript issue on this link:https://www.asus.com/support/contact/serviceflow/mailus?serviceType=5

I am hoping that by sharing my situation here, someone might be able to shed some light on this problem.
