Detailed description:I have had my computer for almost 2 year. I have never had any issues with the docking station (USB C) were i have my external monitor and mouse and keypad connected. For two weeks ago the display stoped working. It lights up when i am connectint to the docking station but it gets no signal so after a couple of seconds it turns of.
I can also say that there is nothing wrong with cables or dock. The mouse, keypad and everything else works just fine...But not the display.
I have also tried to connect my other laptop (lenovo x250) and with that laptop everything including display works. So, there is nothing wrong with the equipment.

I wonder if there could be something wrong with the hardware..But the computer had been connected to the dock the last three months so nothing should have happened.

You are able to use any Type C function other than display.... so should not be hardware issue.
Please share the Win11 result with me and I will consult more about it as well.
Thank you.

what w11 result do you need? I have exactly the same problem with w11 as with w10...Everything with USB C works just fine except the display....
What i can see when running the thunderbolt software, there is no device connected. When running my other computer there is a device in the list with the same software. I dont know if it says anything but maybe 🙂

The support advised me to reinstall the driver .. I should also start the system by pressing the start button. This also leads to the function. But only until a restart. Does anyone have a solution?

Sorry I misunderstood. I thought you just upgraded to Win11 to test for the difference, but you have already done it.
Any way, I have send you PM, please kindly help to reply.
Thank you.
