Switch& recovery missing in MyAsus

I just bought a new Zenbook. I try to transfer files from my old laptop, but there is no Switch&recovery feature in the MyAsus app.

What should I do?

How to find Model Name
Could you please help confirm whether the MyASUS application is updated to the latest version?

@Falcon_ASUS  thanks for your help! I managed to solve it: I removed MyAsus and installed a new version from Windows Store.

But there is one bug still in MyAsus. It modifies the modification date of all files to the current one.
